Support, Refund, and Takedown

This is a beta support status page. Paid services, exports, receipts, entitlements, and refunds are not live.

Support Status

OmenFilm public pages do not currently provide a live support queue, helpdesk, account portal, or paid customer workflow.

Refund Status

No live payment, checkout, wallet capture, receipt, order, entitlement, or paid export exists. Refund automation is therefore not live.

Takedown Status

Rights, privacy, and takedown handling requires owner/legal review before public launch. OmenFilm must not imply rights clearance, license validation, or campaign usage approval from public pages.

Owner Decisions Needed

Before launch, OmenFilm needs approved support ownership, response channels, refund policy, takedown process, privacy/legal review, and escalation rules.
